Angela Stock Nairn, MD
Angela Stock Nairn, MD, is board-certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Practice. She is also a member of the American Medical Association, the Oregon Medical Association, and the Clatsop County Medical Society.
She has a comprehensive background in preventative care of the family, and care of chronic diseases and conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
After earning her undergraduate in Biology from Oregon State University, Dr. Nairn went on to earn her medical degree from Oregon Health Science University. She completed her 3-year residency at West Suburban Family Practice in River Forest, Illinois. She worked as an urgent care physician in Chicago before returning to the Pacific Northwest.
Dr. Nairn is on the active medical staff at Columbia Memorial Hospital where she currently chairs the Credentialing Committee, and also serves on the Strategic Planning Committee.
Dr. Nairn is a member of American Association of Family Physicians, American Medical Association, Oregon Medical Board, Oregon Medical Association, and Oregon Rural Health Association.
Dr. Nairn values her involvement in the local medical community where she often spends her days off performing child abuse assessments at the Clatsop County Lighthouse for Kids.
Dr. Nairn and her husband Kent had always wanted to raise their family in a small community, and they have established strong roots here with their two children since 2000.
Dr. Nairn enjoys spending time with her family enjoying outdoor recreation. She routinely swims, runs, and bikes as her commitment to regular exercise. She has been known to run 1/2 marathons and sprint triathlons.
Shannon Marsh, FNP-C
Shannon Marsh, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners National Certification Board. Mrs. Marsh is Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners in Family Medicine. She is a current member of the Nurse Practitioners of Oregon, ARNP United of Washington State, and the International Council of Nurses Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Practice Nurse Network.
Mrs. Shannon Marsh with great enthusiasm and dedication joined Pacific Family Medicine December 2020. She had been searching for a practice that she could become partner and dedicate the rest of her career building relationships with her patients and their families.
Mrs. Marsh began her nursing career at Gulf Coast State College in Florida before moving to England in 1998. She went on to earn her Advanced Nurse Practitioner Degree from Bournemouth University in 2006. Later earning her Post Graduate Certificate in Advanced Practice from the University of the West of England in 2011. While practicing medicine in England, her focus was primarily emergency medicine.
Later in 2011 Mrs. Marsh and her family returned to the United States to be closer to extended family. In 2014 Mrs. Marsh earned her master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. During this time, she worked in emergency medicine in of New Hampshire. Most recently Mrs. Marsh worked for Ocean Beach Hospital and Clinics where she performed primary care and hospitalist services for hospital inpatients from 2015 to 2020. She also worked for Pacific County Health Department providing family planning and sexual health services from 2018 to 2021.
Mrs. Marsh has volunteered as the designated health care provider for multiple high school and club sports including football, soccer, volleyball, track and field, cricket, and rugby to name a few. She is also a qualified track and field official and has coached soccer and other youth sports for many years.
Mrs. Marsh enjoys spending time with her husband Adrian and their six children, their partners, and three amazing grandchildren. Mrs. Marsh and her husband have been volunteering for South Pacific Humane Society as fosters for puppies and kittens since 2017. They also have three dogs and two cats of their own. Mrs. Marsh enjoys reading, hiking, traveling whenever possible to visit family and explore new places, and has recently rediscovered camping.
Courtney Lanning, CPB
Courtney joined the Pacific Family Medicine team in July of 2022. Courtney comes to Pacific Family Medicine with an educational background of Business Management with an emphasis in Medical Technology. Courtney began her career with Pacific Crest Physical Therapy where she dedicated nearly 15 years of exceptional work in medical reception, medical records, transcription, and medical billing. She later went on to Naselle Youth Camp where she worked as the Senior Secretary and Procurement Specialist until the Camp closed in 2022. Pacific Family Medicine was fortunate to bring Courtney on in July of 2022 as our Certified Professional Biller and she has been exceptional in managing our patient financial accounts. Courtney was promoted to Clinic Manager in April 2024.
Courtney was born and raised in Naselle, Washington. She spends most of her off time with her son. She really enjoys watching him play football and basketball. She is very family oriented and enjoys spending time with her siblings, mom, nieces and nephews.
Denise Lilley
Denise Lilley is the Medical Receptionist for Pacific Family Medicine. Denise has been with us since May 2014. Denise grew up in Astoria where her family still resides. She is very family oriented, and in her spare time, she enjoys taking her three sons to the Riverwalk, local parks, and lakes.
Kylie Bowes, CCMA
Kylie Bowes is a certified Clinical Medical Assistant who handles all of our care coordination at Pacific Family Medicine. Kylie joined Pacific Family Medicine in August of 2021.
